Our DNA
After 116 years of existence, Karle & Rubner can no longer be described as a traditional carpentry business. However, craftsmanship with a love of wood is not only one of the company’s roots, but is still an integral part of its DNA. Even if wood itself is only occasionally processed in production, the many years of experience of the employees flow noticeably into the day-to-day work. And this extends from technical know-how and in-house product development to a relevant understanding of the specialist timber market. The company’s philosophy is based on an affinity for the material and its own aspiration to support specialist timber dealers as partners in their various activities.
Our motivation
Even if the products themselves are of course often the focus of the sales concept, Karle & Rubner believes that something else also contributes to joint success: A range of exclusive services that support, relieve and make the salesperson more competent. These services focus in particular on the areas of product training, marketing, customer advice at the P.O.S., project planning of all kinds and customer-oriented construction site support. The specialist dealer is supported from initial theoretical contact with the product range to target group-oriented online training and practical workshops in-house or directly on the construction site with the installer. These offers form a stable basis and provide the dealer, salesperson or field service with information that is interesting or relevant to them.
Our compass
As a specialist in decking construction, we attach particular importance to innovative products. Our own product development and cooperation with regional producers enables us to offer trend-setting systems that always comply with the latest recognized technical standards. Our claim? Not only to supply our customers with products, but also to support them with professional and technically detailed CAD drawings when planning projects. But even after project preparation, it is important to us to provide uncomplicated and customer-oriented support with practical training and construction site support until the project is successfully completed.
