The event building to be rented on Fürstenbrunner Weg benefits from a new spacious outdoor terrace that invites you to linger with its various levels and steps.
The terrace was realized using a combination of our CLIP-Isostep and VARIO systems, which allows the flexible implementation of stairs and bench elements in a uniform look, without any tripping hazards or conspicuous joints.
The challenge for this area was to achieve an exceptionally high structural stability, as the cleaning of the building is carried out with a cleaning spider positioned on the terrace at a height of up to 17m.
