The main focus of the student residence project was the design of a roof terrace with a pool and opportunities to relax. The overall architectural concept of the hall of residence relies on an accentuated color scheme, and not just for the roof terrace.

In addition to the different colors of the coverings, the laying methods and shapes also presented a challenge. Straight lines, diagonal or herringbone patterns were the architect’s wishes. All these requirements – including the substructure – were solved with the Isostep system rails. Superstructures, pool surrounds and steps were also realized with the system.
