Decking made of a modern-looking concrete slab was used in a wide variety of areas: on numerous balconies, in the outdoor restaurant “Scraper’s Club” and on the roof terrace for relaxing after a sauna session.

The various construction phases and the associated completion dates for the individual terraces were a real challenge for logistics and contractors. In addition, the different installation heights from low to high, drainage through drainage in soffits and along the railings, joint spacing of 5 mm (according to DIN 18333 for concrete slabs) and laying in a one-third bond had to be taken into account.
